1. What is JOOX?
JOOX is the leading music streaming service in Myanmar on which you can listen to the best local and international songs through the application and website. By simple log-in with your facebook, wechat or e-mail account, you can enjoy tons of your favorite music while connecting to the internet. Also, you can add or download songs to listen offline if you are on a VIP subscription account.
2. How can I download the JOOX app?
JOOX app can be downloaded from the Android Google Play store or the Apple App store.
3. Do I have to pay for the music I listen to on JOOX?
Once you redeem JOOX VIP access from the link received after buying the MPT JOOX data pack, all content is available to you for free. Data consumption will be deducted from the data quota bundled in the JOOX data pack. After reaching the data limit, data will be charged at regular rates depending on your data packs/ PAYG.
4. Is there a limit to the number of songs I can listen to?
No. There is no limit to the number of songs you can listen to. However, each pack comes with a fixed validity and data quota. Once the data quota is over, you will be charged for data as per your applicable data pack or PAYG rates. Once the validity is over, you can simply buy another pack to continue listening to your favorite songs.
5. Can I use this pack for regular data usage such as browsing Facebook or watching YouTube?
The data quota bundled is only for JOOX. Any usage other than JOOX will be charged as per applicable data pack or PAYG rates
6. I am having trouble redeeming JOOX VIP access. What can I do?
Please ensure that you have the JOOX app installed on your phone and you are signed in on the app. Simply follow the below steps to get VIP access after buying the JOOX data pack:
• Click on the link received in the SMS
• Click on “Open JOOX”
• Click on “Ok”

7. Do I have to create an account to listen to music on JOOX?
Yes. You need to have a JOOX account and be signed in on the JOOX app. After signing in, click on the unique link received in the SMS and folow the instructions. You can sign up and log in to use JOOX with your facebook, wechat or email account.
8. My JOOX data quota of 149/699 MB is over. Can I still listen to music on JOOX ?
Yes! You can continue listening to songs with your VIP access for 24 hours/ 7 days (depending on the pack purchased) after redemption of the link. If your JOOX data quota is over, you will simply be charged as per the applicable data pack/ PayG rates.
9. Is there any restriction to the number of MPT JOOX data packs that I can buy?
No. There is no limitation to the number of MPT JOOX data packs that you can buy. If you buy multiple packs, the data quota and validity will be merged – data quota available will be total of purchased packs while validity will be as per the pack expiring last.
10. Will left over data carry over to the next JOOX data pack?
No. There is no data carry benefit for the JOOX data pack.
11. I did not get VIP status even though the redemption process was successful. What should I do?
Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the VIP status to appear.
12. Can I download songs outside the JOOX app and share with others?
No, all downloaded songs will be available only within the JOOX app. You can listen offline using the app.
