2. What is Social Data Volume? How can I use those data for?
Social Data Volume is the volume that can be used for Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, Line, and Viber Apps.
3. Who can subscribe Data Carry Combo Packs?
GSM/WCDMA users (Swe Thahar/Shal Pyaw/Shwe Zagar) can subscribe Data Carry Combo Packs. CDMA and Base Tariff users, non-active users are not eligible to subscribe.
4. How can I check Data Carry Combo Packs balance?
Users can check their Data Carry Combo Packs by dialing *224#.
5. How many Data Carry Combo Packs can I subscribe?
Multi-subscription is allowed, and the data quota and validity of All Data allowances will be merged. Social Data allowances cannot be merged.
6. What is the validity of Data Carry Combo Packs?
Validity of package is 30 days and carry over period is 7 days. The data quota and validity of All Data allowances will be merged. Social Data allowances cannot be carried over.
7. What happens to my unused data during carry over period?
During carry over period (after the period of data pack expired), users will not be able to use their remaining data allowance. Unused data [All Data] will be added to new pack if users purchased new Data Carry Combo Pack within carry over period. Social Data allowances cannot be carried over.
8. What happens if I buy Data Carry Combo pack when I still have old New Data Carry pack?
Your data allowance from New Data Carry pack and All Data allowance from Data Carry Combo pack will be merged and validity will be updated to latest expiry date.
9. I bought both Data Carry Combo pack and Social pack. Which pack will be deducted first for using Facebook?
Data will be deducted first from Social Pack.
10. Can I gift Data Carry Combo Packs to others?
You can gift Data Carry packs to others. Dial *777# or *106*2#, choose Data Pack you want to share and choose option 2.’Gift’, enter mobile number you want to.
11. While I have 5 active Data Carry Combo Pack, I buy 6th Data Carry combo Pack. But it is failed and I receive the SMS “Unsuccessful operation! 5 Data Carry Combo Packs already active”. Why?
You can have maximum 5 active Data Carry Combo Pack only.
12. When is the promotion period?
Promotion period is from 9th May 2019 to until further notice.
