- E., B. Tech., A.G.T.I. (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics and Electrical Power) or B.Sc/M.Sc (Mathematics, Physics)
- Basic English skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good personality and Good Health
- Zero to one year of relevant experience
- Ability to work anywhere
