You can enjoy the internet usage at night by purchasing the Night Safety Data Pack starting
from 12th September

Terms and Conditions
1. Night Safety Data Pack Data Quota can be used for Any Type of Data Usage between 11PM (23:00:00) and 7AM (6:59:59).
2. Night Safety Data Pack’s balance is 1st priority to consuming than other data packs.
3. Validity of package is depending of each ones (1 day, 3 days or 7 days)
4. Night Safety Data pack does not provide data carry over function.
5. GSM/WCDMA users (Postpaid and Prepaid Swe Thahar/Shal Pyaw/Shwe Zagar) can subscribe Data Packs.
6. CDMA and Base Tariff users are not eligible to subscribe.
7. Non-active users will not be able to subscribe these packages.
8. When customer purchases Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling”, 1.5 Mbps speed throttling function will apply for Any Type of Data access between 11PM (23:00:00) and 7AM (6:59:59) until they fully consumed this Data quota, or they additionally purchase Night Safety Data packs without “speed throttling”.
9. When customer purchases mix of Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling” and without “speed throttling”, speed throttling function will apply for latest purchased pack’s “speed throttling” conditions.
10. When I have active Night Safety Data Pack (with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling) but this data quota is fully consumed, It will be deducted from other active Data Pack or main balance without 1.5 Mbps speed throttling. If you would like to continue to use 1.5 Mbps speed throttling function, you must purchase Night Safety Data Pack with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling again.
11. Multi-subscription is allowed, and the data quota and validity of Data allowances will be merged.
12. If users changed their account types from Postpaid to Prepaid and from Prepaid to Postpaid, they will not be able to use Night Time Data Packs which they have already purchased.
13. Promotion period is from 12th September 2019 to until further notice.

If user has active Night Safety Data Pack with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling and use Data between 11PM to 7AM, it will be deducted from Night Safety Data Quota & Speed Throttling will be applied.
If user want to use Night Safety Data Pack with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling, please use *233*4#(199Ks/180MB/1day with 1.5Mbps speed throttling),
*233*5#(499Ks/466MB/3days with 1.5Mbps speed throttling) and
*233*6#(799Ks/746MB/7days with 1.5Mbps speed throttling).
2.Are the prices tax inclusive?
Yes, pack prices include 5% commercial tax.
3.Who can subscribe Night Safety Data Packs?
GSM/WCDMA users (Postpaid and Prepaid Swe Thahar/Shal Pyaw/Shwe Zagar) can subscribe Data Packs. CDMA, Base Tariff users and non-active users are not eligible to subscribe.

7. If I subscribe both Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling” and without “speed throttling”, How to be handled “speed throttling”?
In case customer purchases mix of Night Safety Data packs with “speed throttling” and without “speed throttling”, speed throttling function will apply for Latest purchased pack conditions.
For example, if customer buy Night safety data pack without “speed throttling” and after that, customer buy again Night safety data pack with “speed throttling”, it will be merged data quota and extended to the longest validity with speed “speed throttling” condition.
8. If I have active Night Safety Data Pack (with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling) but this data quota is fully consumed, How will data consumption and data throttling function be handled?
It will be deducted from other active Data Pack or main balance without 1.5 Mbps speed throttling. If you would like to continue to use 1.5 Mbps speed throttling function, you must purchase Night Safety Data Pack with 1.5 Mbps speed throttling again.
9. Can I gift Night Safety Data Packs to others?
You can gift Night Safety Data Packs to others. Dial *233# or *106*5#, choose Night Safety Data Packs you want to share and choose option 2.’Gift’, enter mobile number you want to.
